Return & Exchange Policy

At Astory we hope that you are completely happy with your order, but if something isn’t quite right don’t worry. You have within 14 days of the shipment date to return you item to us in a resalable condition with the labels still intact to get a refund or exchange it for something else of the same or lower value.

We will give you a full refund on your items, or difference, if any, on exchanges.
 

Please note that we only accept returns from items purchased from www.astorylondon.com.
 

The refund will not include the delivery fee.

All we ask is that items are returned in the same conditioned you received them, clean, unworn, undamaged and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Please be aware, due to the custom measurements on a bespoke garment we are unable to accept returns unless the garment is faulty.
 
All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition and received beyond the 14 day time frame will be sent back to you.
 
HOW TO RETURN - UK

Simply log into your account, select the order you would like to return, and follow the steps.

Once the return has been submitted and reviewed, We will send you a pre-paid postage label

Attach your pre-paid returns label to the front of the parcel and take it to the Post Office. Don’t forget to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office so you can track the parcel. Please remember that you are responsible for the return until the parcel reaches us.

When packing your parcel include the completed delivery note with your return so we can identify it easily.

Allow 2 to 3 days for the parcel to reach us. Maximum parcel weight 5kg.
